2025 PLA ANNUAL DINNER
Join us for an evening of Purpose, Pride, and Impact, as we unmask the beauty of Point Loma and celebrate the purpose-driven work of the Point Loma Association. The oldest all-volunteer non-profit organization in Point Loma, PLA’s mission is to beautify, inform, and advocate to improve our quality of life on “the Point." Since 1961 PLA has been improving Point Loma through year-round efforts that include installing the Point Loma Village Lights, maintaining dozens of public landscapes sites throughout Point Loma and Ocean Beach, establishing public art murals, transforming electrical boxes into lovely works of art, removing graffiti and unsightly billboards, and more. We sponsor community conversation forums to inform residents about emerging issues that may impact our neighborhoods. We strengthen the collective sense of belonging through business and social mixers throughout the year.
And, today, we are in the homestretch to fully fund the Peninsula Gateway sign which will be installed on Rosecrans St.. Yet another landmark to celebrate our great community.
