The support of our members directly strengthens the Point Loma Association’s mission to create and maintain the beauty, character, and charm of our Peninsula. Personal Members help fund enhancements that make our neighborhoods more welcoming, vibrant, and connected — and your support reflects the pride you take in calling Point Loma home.
The PLA is a volunteer-led organization. Membership contributions directly improve the community. Your support helps fund beautification, advocacy, rapid-response cleanups, and the projects that make Point Loma truly special, like our new Point Loma gateway sign.
PLATINUM - $1000 PER YEAR
GOLD - $500 PER YEAR
SILVER - $250 PER YEAR
BRONZE - $100 PER YEAR
NEIGHBOR - $50 PER YEAR
What Your Support Makes Possible
Your annual contribution helps fund:
• Major Peninsula enhancements like The Village Lights and the new Gateway Sign
• Murals, landscaping, benches, and other beautification projects
•Tree trimming, irrigation repairs, and lighting maintenance
• Weekly Mean Green Team efforts across parks and public areas
• Tools, supplies, materials, and plantings used by PLA volunteers
• Beautification initiatives such as graffiti removal and utility box art

Note: Contributions, donations, gifts, and dues to the Point Loma Association are not tax deductible. They support our effective advocacy and beautification efforts. The Point Loma Association is a non-profit, tax-exempt, 501(c)(4) organization.

Platinum – $1000
For individuals and families who want to make the biggest impact and bring major community improvements to life. Platinum memberships fuel landmark beautification projects, large-scale upgrades, and long-term initiatives that shape the Peninsula for generations.

For those who want to give a strong boost to the beautification projects that make our neighborhoods shine. Gold memberships help bring to life murals, banners, benches, and other enhancements that turn everyday spaces into local treasures.

Silver – $250
For people dedicated to keeping Point Loma beautiful and well maintained. Silver memberships fund essential work such as palm tree trimming, irrigation and neighborhood lighting repairs.

• Professional landscaping and tree care
• Irrigation and lighting repairs
• Maintenance that preserves the Peninsula’s beauty and safety
Bronze – $100
For those who want to fuel hands-on improvements across the Peninsula. Bronze memberships supply tools, materials, and resources PLA volunteers use to maintain landscapes, refresh plantings, and paint out graffiti.

Neighbor – $50
