2023 PLA ANNUAL DINNER

The 2023 PLA Annual Dinner was held on October 30th with the theme being “Decades of History, The Point of Point Loma”. We encouraged guests to come costumed, and many did!

We presented a Community Champion Award to JT Barr, a Legacy Award to Dorothea Laub and a Lighthouse award to the United Portuguese S.E.S.

Three hundred guests are ideal for an intimate gathering at the Kona Kai Ballroom. This year we squeezed in 30 more. Cozy!

Thanks to attendees, underwriters, community contributors and live and silent auction bidders to support the all-volunteer Association’s work enhancing life on the Peninsula. And, thank you Steven Silva for the photos.
